OK, I voted. Didn't see the poll when I posted.

With both Kodak and Fuji out of the RL/QL market, I wonder if it would be worth it for Ilford to get in. I tend to doubt it.

They have already said they won't do it. There simply isn't enough interest.

Very sporadic. Minimum 40/yr; Maximum 300/yr. Avg 180. Mixed Astia and Velvia. Otherwise Tmax for B&W.

Last year was slow due to a layoff, moving etc. but normally about 240 Astia and about 100 Vlevia 50, and 80 RDP. I voted.

I'll probably switch to Portra 160 NC.

    Re: Fuji Quickload

I shot 40 last year. 1 box Acros. 1 box 160s. I love Acros and continue to buy it in 10 sheet boxes. Darkslides are a pain though. I might load up on some colour QL just to get a bit more use out of the holder that I forked out for.

Compared to many who've posted on this thread, I've been a light user of QL and only an occasional LF shooter. Work leaves so little time for photography.

The disappearance of QL is a wake up call for me and now I live in fear that other film, especially colour neg might disappear in 4x5 altogether. Kodak Portra 400NC has been my favourite film in 120 for ages yet I've never tried it in 4x5.

New year resolution for Riverman? Get up and shoot more 4x5. A helluva lot more. And buy a changing tent.

I just bought 100 sheets of quickload film (40 x Provia 100, 60 x Acros). I'm hoping this will last me a little while. I might stock up some sheets from B&H just in case. I'm new to LF photography and so am going through film like it's going out of fashion at the moment.
