I buy Epson ink ... but I don't buy it directly from Epson. Lately from the US due to the favourable exchange rate.

Of course they pass the savings to us - the dollar went down but price hasn't gone up yet, now, has it?

I don't know if it has been the norm, but the last 2200 cartriidges I got from Staples were made in Mexico.

    Keith,

If you are buying from Staples then you are paying too much. Try atlex.com, best prices on the internet.

Midwest Photo Exchange is just slightly more than Atlex, but they have free shipping on Epson orders over $75. Great shop too!

    www.mpex.com

The 220 ml carts for the 7800, for example, are $79.95 at Atlex and $81.95 at MPEX. But shipping is $7.95 at Atlex.

I just ordered 9 rolls of 24"x100' paper from Midwest. The savings over Atlex was $69.

Give them a call and order, or order online. I prefer to chat with them - nice folks.
